Stakeholders will accept and approve the project
Donors will accept the new RFID tracking devices

How tracking works

RFIDs will be added to each shipment from donor.
Each RFID tag will be added to a database.
Each tag will be searchable by donor and destination.

Each tag will also have an ID that is searchable.
Stakeholder enters tag ID, donor, or destination to see all shipments that match.
The shipment location is then pinpointed on map.

Local Mapping

When the shipment reaches a city close to the destination a more localized map can be viewed. An example of the form used for the international or local search follows:

Resources required

New database system, including server, data storage and backup, database software.
Personal that includes programmers, system analysts, system developers, and project manager.
Office space for meetings and communication.

Internet access.
RFID tags and tracking software.
